Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are only possible during the initial development phase, with a decreasing refund amount as the project progresses, and generally no refunds once development has started significantly, while clearly stating the conditions under which a client might be eligible for a partial refund, such as substantial project scope changes or failure to meet agreed-upon milestones; always specifying a timeframe for requesting a refund and the process for initiating one. Once a User chooses to avail of any subscription plan/offer announced by Konstant and agrees to buy that deal by due payment, such payment by the user shall not be refunded by the entitled under any circumstances whatsoever. Please note that the act of buying a plan by Konstant is irreversible under the applicable law.
No refund after project commencement:
Once development work has begun, no full refund will be provided, except in specific circumstances outlined in the policy.
Notification requirement:
Clients must notify the company in writing of their intention to cancel the project and request a refund within a specified timeframe.
Non-refundable fees:
Certain upfront fees, like project setup costs or design fees, might be non-refundable even in case of cancellation.
Dispute resolution process:
A clear outline for how disputes regarding refunds will be handled, potentially including mediation or arbitration.
